Accomplishments

Our group of volunteer has been quite busy this year.

We have donated equipmen & Trophies to the Clermont County 4-H Shooting Sports Club.
hosted a Turkey Calling contest at the Cincinnati Sports and Boat Show to promote the sport of turkey
hunting.
Awarded (1) $500 college scholarships to (1) high school seniors who met the NWTF qualifications.
Participated in Operation Heartland habitat improvement project
Hosted our fith annual JAKES(Juniors Acquiring Knowledge, Ethics, and Sportsmanship) field day, which introduced youth to outdoors activities.
Hosted our seventh annual Woman in the Outdoors field day,allowing women an opportunity to learn new
outdoor activities.
Hosted our sixth annual Wheelin’ Sportsmen benefit Ultimate Team up Dove Hunt
assisted the Adams County chapter with their Wheelin
Sportsmen Ultimate Team Up Deer Hunt.
River Valley Longbeards continued our support to the Ohio Division of Wildlife
teamed up with Duke Energy in a cooperative effort to provide Wildlife habitat areas through the NWTF Energy for Wildlife program
held our 14th annual most successful Hunting Heritage Banquet.
Our group participated in Turkey Hunters Care program which provided the Clermont County YWCA Food Bank with 225 frozen turkeys for a traditional Thanksgiving meal to people less fortunate.
